Evalyo Talent Hub is a JEE test series being built by Evalyo. It has not launched. The only thing this site collects today is a waiting-list signup, and this page describes exactly what that involves.
One thing, and only when you type it in: your email address. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no other field on the form.
Alongside it we store a few labels about how you arrived, so we know which of our own links and campaigns actually work. None of them identify you.
email | The address you entered. This is the only personal data here. |
|---|---|
source | Which button you used — the landing page, a coming-soon page, or direct. |
app | Which of our sites you signed up on: this one, or evalyo.ai. |
utm_source / medium / campaign | The campaign labels from the link you clicked, if it had any. Ours, not yours. |
referrerHost | The hostname of the site you came from — google.com, not the full address. A complete referrer can carry a search query, so the browser gives us one and we deliberately keep only the host. |
landingPath | The first page you opened, path only. The query string is dropped. |
createdAt | When you asked to be emailed. This is the consent record. |
We send you one email, when registration opens. That is the promise made on the form and it is the whole purpose. We do not send a newsletter, we do not send offers, and we have not built anything that sends automated email at all — today the list is captured and nothing more.
Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask to be removed at any time before then, using the address below.
We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. There are no third-party analytics on this site, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts, and no chat widgets. Nothing on this page loads from another company.
We use no cookies for tracking. The only browser storage is a single sessionStorage entry holding the campaign labels above, so the form can include them if you sign up in the same visit. It is cleared the moment you close the tab — which is also why signing up on a later visit records you as direct rather than following you between sessions.
Entries are stored in our own database, on infrastructure we operate, and are readable only by the small team building this product. They are kept until registration opens and we have sent the email it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses, in common with essentially every site on the internet. The signup endpoint also counts requests per IP address to stop it being flooded — that count is held in memory, is not written to the database, and is not linked to your address.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For a waiting-list entry, deletion is immediate and complete: the row is removed. You do not need to explain why, and it costs you nothing.
Email privacy@evalyo.ai and we will action it.
JEE candidates are typically 16 to 18, so we expect some people joining this list to be under 18. That is exactly why the list asks for an email address and nothing else — no name, no school, no phone number, no date of birth. If you are a parent or guardian and would like an entry removed, the address above is enough; we will not ask for proof of anything.
This site is pre-launch and will grow — accounts, payments and test results all involve data this page does not cover yet. This policy will be updated before any of that ships, not after, and the date at the top will say when. Material changes will be told to anyone on the waiting list rather than quietly published.
